Cancellation & Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing our course. As with any purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund and cancellation Policy. When you buy a course on ‘certifycheap.com’, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the points below.
Cancellation Policy: Classroom Training/Instructor-led Online Training
Harrybaker Training & Consulting Limited UK (the owner of ‘certifycheap.com’), reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
- In case Harrybaker Training & Consulting Limited UK (the owner of ‘certifycheap.com’) cancels an event, refund will be paid to the delegate depending on the circumstance. But;
- If a cancellation or rescheduling is done by a delegate: the table below will apply:

Refund request can be initiated by: Calling or dropping an email to our customer support team: info@certifycheap.com
All administration fees for cancellations; or rescheduling, are payable immediately, upon receipt of the invoice.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: E-learning/Exam only
E-learning access is for: (30), (180), or (365) days from the date on which they are purchased by the Customer. No refunds shall be given for the cancellation of E-learning courses or exam only registration no matter when cancellation is notified to us if the E-learning licence has been activated.
The exam purchased in connection with any of our courses must be taken within the 90 days of purchase if an exam only package with 30-day E-Learning access is purchased, 210 days if an eLearning and exam package with 180-day E-Learning access is purchased, and 365 days if an eLearning and exam package with 365-day E-Learning access is purchased
Exam cancellation or rescheduling will attract additional $40 of the exam cost.
Non-Attendance (Classroom):
Non-attendance of any course for any reason whatsoever is deemed to be a cancellation without notice and payment is due in full.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
- In case Harrybaker Training & Consulting Limited UK (the owner of ‘certifycheap.com’) reschedules the training event, the options available to the delegates are:
- Refund, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the delegate’s schedule.
- The delegate would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending a class in future at his/her convenience, at any location, on any date of a scheduled training.
- The delegates, if they so wish, can send a replacement. However, this should be intimated to Harrybaker Training & Consulting Limited UK (the owner of ‘certifycheap.com’) at least 5 days prior to the event.
Whereas, if for some unforeseen reasons, a delegate wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned above.
