1. Online exam registration: When you enrol for an Instructor-led virtual live training course that includes exam, we will book you for the online exam, which you can take from any part of the world.
2. Live instructor-led training: You will have the opportunity to attend virtual live training. The number of hours of training depends on your course of interest.
3. 180-day eLearning access: Upon enrolling for any of the courses, you will be granted access to study using our eLearning via our online learning portal. The eLearning covers the entire syllabuses of the different courses. The eLearning contains a blend of voice-over and animations which together make your learning engaging and fun.
4. Quizzes: The eLearning contains quizzes at the end of each section.
5. Exam Practice questions: The eLearning contains hundreds of likely exam questions to familiarize you with the exam style and format.
6. Course manual: You will also get the course manual (soft-copy) for the course you enrol for.
7. Course completion certificate: At the completion of your eLearning course, you will get a course completion certificate from us.
8. PDUs offered: You can use the eLearning access to claim PDUs to meet your Continuing Certification Requirements. The number of PDUs offered depends on the kind of course you enrol for. You can get up to 40 PDUs for each of the courses.

STEP2: Familiarise yourself with the interface, interaction and network connection for efficiency and uninterrupted virtual training session.

STEP3: Check for our virtual training timetable to book a live virtual training session and agreed time with one of our customer engagement experts.

STEP4: Join a live instructor-led virtual training session, communicate, view and ask questions during the virtual training session via VoIP, online instant messaging, and telephone.

STEP 5: At the end of each virtual training session, you can follow-up with instructors on practice questions via email.

STEP 6: Prepare for the exam by registering for the exam with us (online exam-ProctorU) or any designated prometric or Pearson VUE centre in your city.

STEP 7: If you enrol for a course that include exam with us, you can sit you exam anytime provided you notify us 4 days prior the date you are interested in sitting your exam.
